Steps of Conveyance and Redevelopment

1. Pre Filing - Preparation and Documentation. Includes discussion within society and preparing required documentation for filing a case.
2. Filing - Filing a case with Registrar / Similar authority
3. Registration and Transfer - After getting go ahead from Registrar, proper documentation is done on the name of society in the Land Records.
Actual Redevelopment Process
4. Offer letter to the society
5. Terms and conditions with the society
6. Agreement with the society
7. Sanction from MCGM in favour of the society
8. Loading of TDR in the society’s name
9. Obtaining the IOD
10. Shifting of the members
11. Demolition of the building
12. Obtaining the CC
13. Construction of the new building
14. Obtaining the OC
15. Handing over ready apartments / Moving in of existing members and new members
